THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF AVOIDING DELAMINATION OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS DURING STRENGTHENING OF REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES

The scientific work is devoted to the improvement of calculation methodology reinforced concrete elements, using verification FRP delamination prevention, during structures strengthening with a system composite materials (SCM) from various fibers types. During elements material systems, role adhesion between and great importance due fragility failure mechanism (loss adhesion). strength generally much higher than tensile concrete, so always starts in itself separation layer different thickness. According load-bearing capacity requirements, such should not precede strengthened element bending or shear. To solve problem possible it necessary consider modes FRP. Due imperfection domestic building codes, detailed analysis solution was carried out accordance recommendations number foreign regulatory documents (ACI, CNR, FIB). main modes, subsequent initiation base, are systematized, namely: surface irregularities, shear cracks, longitudinal stresses yield zone, excessive deformations (FRP rupture), near edges, anchoring (fixing) zone material. Six criterions proposed that need be verified design systems materials. formulation specified criterions, theoretical aspects for application structural calculations studied connection given. results research can used future joints based on carbon fibers, glass, aramid.
